Bob Forster

after highschool i went to work in a machine shop and got married in 1963. i started racing motorcycles and had three children figured i better quit racing motorcycles and started racing cars, no more kids. i started my first moldshop in 1970 and sold it in 1985 started another one in 1987 sold it in 1990, started my last one in 1992 sold it in 2003 and retired. during those working years i also raced late models and modifides winning ten track championships and one state championship. it worked out well for the whole family as we got to do a lot of traveling and see a lot of country. we were still very competitive when i had to quit racing in 2005 due to a condition called myasthenea gravis, but my wife and i have been married for 47 years now with three healthy kids, six healthy grandkids and one great grandbaby on the way, as long as they all stay well, life will be good.
